Conference Presenters Needed
Dear Design and Technology Teachers
Conference Presenters Needed -
We're currently looking for a few more presenters to help make this year's DATTA WA Conference an outstanding opportunity for teachers to learn from one another.
If you or your school has been working on something interesting, we'd love to hear from you. Presentations don't have to be large-scale or highly polished—some of the most valuable sessions come from teachers simply sharing what has worked in their classrooms.
We're particularly interested in presentations covering (but not limited to) topics such as:
Innovative classroom or workshop projects
Student competition programs and experiences
Safety resources, procedures, or initiatives
New curriculum implementation and assessment ideas
New directions or teaching approaches within Design and Technologies
Industry partnerships and real-world learning opportunities
Emerging technologies, equipment, or classroom practices
Any practical ideas that could benefit other Design and Technology teachers
Sessions can be practical demonstrations, classroom case studies, workshops, or presentations. If you've developed something that has engaged students, improved learning outcomes, or made your teaching easier, chances are other teachers would benefit from hearing about it.
If you're interested in presenting, or would simply like to discuss an idea, please get in touch. We'd be happy to work with you to shape your presentation and answer any questions you may have.

Conference registrations are also now open.
With Term 3 underway, now is an ideal time to secure your place and organise school approval while the Early Bird pricing is still available.
As an added bonus, everyone who registers during the Early Bird period will go into the draw to win a Bambu Lab P1S 3D Printer.
The strength of our conference comes from teachers sharing their knowledge, experiences, and passion with others. Whether you're presenting, attending, or both, we look forward to seeing you at what promises to be another fantastic DATTA WA Conference.
